COMFORT - for your comfort and well-being, our salon is a non-smoking envronment.

RESERVATION - when making reservations for a package or a series of treatments or services, a cred  card is required.

PAYMENT - we honor, VISA, MC, American Express, Discover, Debit and CASH.  However, CHECKS are NOT accepted.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW - our policies allow our staff to reschedule open appointment times with other guests who may be on our waiting list.  Please remember our staff works by appointment times.  Please allow a 48 hour notice when canceling a package reservation and a 24 hour notice for single treatment and services.  If you fail to keep your appointment, you will be charged in full for your reservation.

NO REFUND ON SERVICES - all of our staff members are trying their best to meet your beauty   demand.  If for some reason your not completely satisfied with the service, we will find the best available service provider to redo the service, but we CAN NOT offer a refund.  Sorry for an inconvenience.

GIFT CERTIFICATES - may we suggest our gift cards for your year-round gift giving.  Gift cards can be used within 1 year of the purchase date and are non-refundable nor redeemed for cash.
